I'm Harvey, a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer currently based in Oxfordshire.

I have multiple years' experience in the field of exercise and health, and strongly believe in the process of delivering programmes which prioritise your personal fitness goals, whilst also allowing for all things 'life' to be maximised and enjoyed!

I offer 1-2-1 IN-PERSON COACHING and ONLINE COACHING, as well as NUTRITIONAL ADVICE!
